About the Philadelphia Cruise Guide and the Cruise Guide Network

Welcome to my effort to create an easy-to-use guide to cruises from Philadelphia, PA. I hope you find it useful and entertaining. My goal is simply to provide truthful and straight forward information for Philadelphia cruise passengers and visitors.

The Philadelphia Cruise Guide is part of a network of Cruise Guides, which include guides to many of the American Cruise Ports. From our nation's ports, you can sail almost anywhere in the world on an all-inclusive vacation.

If you live in the mid-Atlantic region, you may also be interested in cruises from New York. Ships cruise from the Big Apple all year-round. Brooklyn cruises are for the new mega-size ships are too big for the Manhattan piers so the city made a new place for them. A little farther north, you can catch one of the cruises from Boston. Bermuda and Canada are the popular destinations.

South of Philadelphia you can take a cruise from Baltimore. Like Philly, the Baltimore cruises mainly go to Bermuda in the summer months. To escape the cold of winter, take one of the cruises from Norfolk. Norfolk cruises go to the Caribbean and the Bahamas.

Go down to Florida to have a huge variety of cruise choices. Port Canaveral cruises are the closest to Orlando, so naturally it's home to Disney Cruises. Tampa cruises go to the western Caribbean and Panama Canal. Busch Gardens, Ybor City and Clearwater Beach are only a few of the attractions around Tampa. Port Everglades cruises are the choice of millions of passengers every year. Jacksonville cruises sail to the Bahamas every month of the year.
